PSEC PROJECT SERVICES established in Sydney in 2006 by Eric Chan, is an architecture and property development consulting company. The practice has delivered an array of projects ranging from single-family homes to residential complexes. In partnership with other architects, PSEC has also designed and/or delivered commercial and civic buildings, along with large- scale master plans both locally and internationally.

Eric Chan and his associate, Rafael Bautista, bring over 40 years of combined experience to the firm. Eric specializes in residential development, possessing extensive knowledge in site selection, feasibility studies, concept design, construction methodologies, and post-development services. Rafael, on the other hand, focuses in project management and the technical and legal aspects of project procurement.
